Dornier Museum, Friedrichshafen Bodensee Airport, Germany

A nice modern, purpose-built, currently spacious museum beside the airport, with a cafe overlooking the runway and the operations at the Zeppelin base. Easy to find, with the Do31 parked outside.

Dornier Do31 E-1 D-9530 First prototype, with Pegasus engines in the inboard nacelles but no lift engines in the wingtips, so tested conventional flight. The other, actual VTOL, Do31 is in the Deutsches Museum, Oberschleissheim.
