| Previously known as the Aerospace Museum, then the RAF Museum, Cosford, and now called the RAF Museum Midlands. The National Cold War Exhibition opened in 2007, an impressive new building but with the aircraft tightly squeezed in like a 3D jigsaw leaving no room for clear views of most of them. Still, there are many unique and fascinating exhibits here, the facilities and atmosphere are fine, and it's very much worth visiting. And great value for money – it's free! |
